Motsweding FM Scoops Crown Gospel Award
Motsweding FM’s gospel music show Rorisang became the toast of the broadcast industry and the province on Sunday when it scooped an award in the “The Best Gospel Radio Show” category during the Crown Gospel Music Awards
Rorisang presented by gospel singer and radio personality Brown “Die Bruin” Mosiapoa and Moruti Tube airs on Motsweding FM on Sundays, 6:00-8:00.
Motsweding FM’s Acting Station Manager, Mr Sibusiso Gumbi thanked all listeners who voted for the station for their unwavering support.
“It is accolades such as these that give us validation that our listeners appreciate the efforts by our talent. It is equally heart-warming that listeners took time to not only be part of the “Sefefo sa mowa” outside broadcasts where we broadcasted live and interacted with listeners from various locations across Limpopo, North West, Northern Cape, Free State, Mpumalanga and Gauteng provinces to not only garner votes but to bring their favourite programme and personalities closer to them,” he said.
Since its inception 12 years ago, the Crown Gospel Awards has become the African continent's premier gospel music awards ceremony. The awards have grown to become a major event on the entertainment calendar, celebrating some of the best voices in the gospel music industry.
