Tlotlo Ernest Mooketsi – better known as Ernest the DJ, fondly called Vvvrrrphaaa wa Radio by his fans, is a multi-talented radio presenter, DJ, actor, MC, voice-over artist, and entrepreneur.
Born in Lomanyeng, Mafikeng, Ernest studied Media and Journalism at Rosebank College, where his broadcasting journey began at Rose B FM, a campus radio station. His career spans over 14 years, with experience at Alex FM and Jozi FM, where he built a name as a vibrant party-time DJ and Top 20 chart host.

In 2019, he joined Motsweding FM, first hosting the midnight weekend slot, later taking on the popular Diabalola Top 30 countdown, and today he keeps audiences captivated every Saturday from 21:00–00:00 on Ke Moteng.

Beyond radio, Ernest is an actor who has appeared in popular TV productions such as Garedumele, The Queen, The Estate, and currently on Generations: The Legacy.
